Whether its to prepare for a beach vacation or to offset holiday season indulgences, a plant-based cleanse has always proven to be an effective way to reboot. What’s unique about the Beaming lean cleanse, is that it delivers the benefits of a short term liquid diet (i.e., alkalizing, low calorie, low glycemic, detoxifying) but isn’t as torturously boring as consuming six green juices a day.
The Beaming lean cleanse menu provides 1000 – 1200 calories a day of organic, vegan, low-glycemic cold pressed juices, soups, salads, superfood elixirs and protein snacks.
Breakfast: vitality power shot (lemon, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper) and a morning green juice (cucumber, celery, spinach, parsley, fennel, fuji apple, lemon, mint)
Post workout snack: Beaming superfood protein ball (coconut butter, almond butter, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, Beaming plant-based protein powder, lucuma, goji berries, coconut sugar)
Lunch: zucchini pesto pasta (zucchini, celery root, roasted portobello mushrooms, carrots, parmesan style cashew and pumpkin seed pesto)
Afternoon pick me up: green juice (cucumber, celery, spinach, parsley, lemon, mint) and a superfood elixir (coconut water, alkaline water, lemon, MSM, ginger, camu-camu, cayenne, natural stevia)
Dinner: raw arugula curry soup (arugula, cucumber, coconut water, avocado, cilantro, kale, lemon, ginger, brags, yellow curry paste)
Although the Beaming lean cleanse is predominantly liquid based, I found that the variety in texture and flavor (i.e., earthy green juices, hearty soups, savory salads and sweet protein snacks) left me feeling light without compromising my energy and sanity. The bottom line: after completing the three day plant-based cleanse I noticed a more glowy/rosey complexion, I felt lighter (lost 6 lbs) and I had more energy. I would recommend Beaming to anyone looking for an effective plant-based cleanse that provides all of the benefits of a liquid program but mitigates the drawbacks (boredom, hangriness and low-energy)
